Scary Movie (2000)
In Keenen Ivory Wayans' raunchy teen comedy - a crude,
low-brow, semi-sexually-explicit, satirical, Airplane!-style
jokes (skewering and parodying the slasher film genre, such as Scream
(1996) and I
Know What You Did Last Summer (1997), and more); there were some
clever touches such as the name of
the school (B.A. Corpse High) and the female gym teacher Miss Mann
(Jayne Trcka); there were four sequels: Scary Movie 2 (2001), Scary
Movie 3 (2003), Scary Movie 4 (2006), and Scary Movie 5 (2013):
- in the opening scene on Halloween
night, the masked and hooded killer known as Ghostface (Dave Sheridan)
(resembling the Scream murderer) phoned and then pursued
18 year-old teenaged Drew Decker (Carmen Electra) in her home -
he chased her outdoors where her clothes were ripped off, revealing
her white bra and panties-thong; it was a well-advertised scene
when she ran into sprinklers in slow-motion, creating a wet T-shirt
effect. When the killer stabbed her in her silicon-enhanced left
breast with a knife, her implant was pulled out. As she raced for
help, she was further pursued into the road where she was hit and
upended by a car (driven by her father who was receiving fellatio
from her mother) and then fatally stabbed by the approaching killer
- as the credits began

Stabbing of Drew Decker (Carmen Electra)
|
- the film's ongoing joke was the sex-less relationship
between virginal Cindy Campbell (Anna Faris) and her crazed boyfriend
Bobby Prinze (Jon
Abrahams), who were introduced in her home's bedroom
- during interviews held at the HS with students who
knew the victim Drew Decker, stoner Shorty
Meeks (Marlon Wayans) was asked by hack news reporter Gail Hailstorm
(Cheri Oteri) (author of the book "You're Dead, I'm Rich") about
her death: (Gail: "What
would have been your last words to Drew?" Shorty: "Run,
bitch, run!")
- Cindy realized that Drew's death
was exactly one year following the DUI death of a man (later revealed
as David Keegan) whose body had been thrown off a pier into a lake
by a group of drunken HS friends, including herself, Drew, Brenda
Meeks (Regina Hall), Brenda's brother Shorty, Bobby Prinze, Greg
Cox (Lochlyn Munro), Ray Wilkins (Shawn Wayans) and Buffy Gilmore
(Shannon Elizabeth); it was highly probable that 'Ghostface' was
seeking revenge and killing them off one by one
- during a Teen Beauty Pageant
scene, the contest was won by bimbo contestant Buffy Gilmore who
- as Miss Fellatio - performed a real "dramatic
reading" - a warning - as Ghostface slit the throat of Greg Cox in the balcony within her
view; the judges interpreted her act as exceptional and she won the
trophy
- Ghostface continued to pursue the students - with
a phone call to Cindy Campbell when she spent the night at Buffy's
place, asking: "Do you know where I am?" - he
played a mocking game of hide-and-seek with her
- in the girls' locker room, Buffy was confronted by
the killer and stabbed to death as she mocked him; he continued to
stab her and then decapitate her with a cleaver to get her to stop
talking; her head was deposited into a Lost & Found bucket
- in a motion picture theater, Brenda and Ray
Wilkins were attending the movie Shakespeare in Love; during
a visit to the men's room inside a toilet stall, Ray peeped through
a hole into the next stall, and was stabbed or impaled through his
ear (with a penis)
- back inside the movie theatre, a
rude, obnoxious, cell-phone using Brenda was murdered while holding
a video camera - not by the serial killer Ghostface (sitting next
to her) but by the entire audience, for discourteously obstructing
their view by standing up, and for spoiling the ending of the movie Shakespeare
in Love: ("I don't know why ya'll is actin' like this! My
girlfriend already seen the movie and she says they don't even stay
together in the end!"), and for ruining other movies, including:
Thelma & Louise, The Fugitive, Schindler's List, the Jackie
Chan movies, Boogie Nights, and Big
Momma's House; bloodied
and screaming, she died in front of the screen

First-Time Sex Between Cindy and Bobby
|
- in an outrageous sex scene
between Cindy and her boyfriend Bobby during a party held at her
house, when he went to remove her panties, bats flew
from her crotch area, and her pubic hair cascaded outward, as
she giddily remarked: "I guess it's been a while." He joked: "It's
very, uh, 70s of you." He put on protective glasses and took a hedge
mower to her large growth of pubic hair
- then, when she was experiencing vigorous sex on top
of him, she screamed out: "What's
my name, Bobby?", slapped him across the face, and growled;
she was propelled to the ceiling with a gusher when he had an explosive
orgasm as she was grinding on him; his volcanic ejaculation caused
a massive firehose stream of whitish liquid to shower her upwards,
where she was forced up to and plastered against the ceiling; Bobby
was so emptied out and drained that his chest frame became dessicated
- as the movie was winding down, it was revealed in
a plot twist that Ray (who had faked his death in the movie theater's
rest room) and Bobby were copy-cat killers imitating the murders
of Ghostface - and that they were also gay lovers; the two psycho
copy-cat killers began to shoot at and mutually stab each other to
death, as Cindy yelled out: "You guys are psychos! You've seen
one too many TV shows!";
Ray explained how he was enraged that his favorite show The Wayans
Bros. had been canceled after five seasons without a final
episode
- the real killer Ghostface appeared behind Ray and
lethally stabbed him in the back, and then
attacked Cindy during
a Matrix-styled
fight; she subdued the killer by kicking him
through the window
- in the final scene set in a police station - an imitation
of the final scene in The Usual Suspects (the slow-motion
breaking of a coffee mug) - Cindy was with Sheriff
Burke (Kurt Fuller) when she realized
that Buffy's brother, Special Officer Doofy "Doofus" Gilmore (David
Sheridan) (who had been faking mental retardation) was the vengeful
Ghostface killer - aided by reporter Gail Hailstorm; the two culprits
drove off and escaped
- after
Cindy and the Sheriff found Ghostface's discarded backpack and face-disguise
in the middle of the street, Cindy delivered a frustrated scream of "Noooooooooo!" (in
a pose borrowed from The Shawshank Redemption); ironically,
she was run over by a passing car whose driver was again being fellated
